LicBaba was founded by a team of finance writers and developers who saw a major gap in the Indian insurance space. While millions of Indians hold LIC policies, checking basic information like maturity values, surrender implications, and actual interest rates (XIRR) was surprisingly difficult. Competitor sites forced users to guess bonus rates manually, or provided slow, complicated WordPress templates.

We created LicBaba as a fast, clean, and completely independent resource where policyholders can calculate figures using verified historical bonus tables. Our platform is 100% free, requires no login or personal details, and performs all computations client-side for maximum privacy.
